The Future of Work for Black Women and Women of Color
Whats Working, What’s Needed
The past two years have seen unprecedented numbers of women of color and specifically Black women leaving the workplace, and many more are considering leaving. Many of these women are feeling burnt out, and are looking for greater purpose in their career. What does it look like when we get to reimagine the future of work in this new reality that we find ourselves in? How can we have a comeback that is aligned with our purpose and values, and what will that actually take? Join Rha Goddess, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of nFormation, CEO of Move The Crowd and author of The Calling to reimagine the future of work for Black women.
