Why Authenticity Is Key To Elevate Your Career
Amplifying Black Excellence
Join LaFawn Davis, Senior Vice President of Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) at Indeed as she sits down with Power To Fly's Global Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Sienna Brown, as they unpack and discuss how to elevate your identity in corporate spaces, why authenticity is necessary for career growth and tools to foster psychological safety in the workplace. In our first keynote of 2022, attendees will listen, learn, and gain insight into what exactly it means to show up as our authentic selves, how to have the courage to do so, and how we can encourage those around us to show up as their authentic selves, too.
