Quinn is the author of 2 books, made it to the 2nd round of Shark Tank auditions four times, been featured on the Entrepreneurs Elevator Pitch TV show as well Essence, Black Enterprise, Vision and Purpose and Empowering Women to Speak Out Magazines.
Quinn is a proud member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), sits on the Board the Global Black Women Chamber of Commerce (GBWCC), was named 1 of 20 Black Women Entrepreneurs to Watch and a Distinguished Alumni from her high school in 2021. Quinn has taught Speech Communications for 5 years at Coppin State University, earned a Bachelor's Degree from West Chester University and a Masters from Howard University in Washington DC.

Nadia Sawaya-Gauckler
Bridget FinkeldeyNadia currently serves as the SVP, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Pacific Western Bank where she leads the Bank’s comprehensive strategy on DEI. She collaborates with business functions to design and manage the execution of sustainable DEI programs and initiatives aligned with the Bank’s business growth strategies. Nadia strives to create a climate of inclusion, respect, and engagement to leverage DEI and further organizational success. She is committed to building an inclusive workplace for every employee affiliated with the Bank.
Nadia brings over 20 years of experience in developing and executing DEI strategic interventions across national and international organizations. Her philosophy of work is to do what she loves, to align her purpose with her passion, and to surround herself with a talented and passionate team committed to promoting and fostering equity and inclusion.
Nadia’s career highlights include serving as Commissioner on Middle-East American Affairs for Former Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley. She was also honored in 2005 by Johns Hopkins University with their Diversity Award. Nadia holds degrees in Economics and Health Care Administration from the University of South Dakota and has received certification in Intercultural Foundations.

Rachel Serwetz
Bridget FinkeldeyRachel Serwetz' early professional experience was at Goldman Sachs in Operations and at Bridgewater Associates in HR. From there, she was trained as a coach at NYU and became a certified coach through the International Coach Federation. After this, she worked in HR Research at Aon Hewitt and attained her Technology MBA at NYU Stern. Throughout her career, she has helped hundreds of professionals with career exploration and for the past 4+ years she has been building her company, WOKEN, which is an online career exploration platform to coach professionals through the process of clarifying their ideal job and career path. She is also an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at Binghamton University and has served as a Career Coach through the Flatiron School, WeWork, and Project Activate.
Chelsea C Williams

As a Forbes Next 1000 Entrepreneur of the Year, Chelsea is leading national efforts to reimagine the workplace, using her expertise to advise consciously inclusive organizations and leaders. She’s also earned an international reputation as a compelling, highly effective public speaker, engaging audiences worldwide on topics ranging from, engaging & retaining GenZ at work to fostering inclusive & equitable teams. She has partnered with organizations including: Ben & Jerry’s, Kate Spade, Coca Cola Foundation, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and the Association of Talent Development (ATD).
Chelsea earned a BA in economics from Spelman College, then spent a decade on Wall Street managing human capital across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Bridget FinkeldeyStefany Jacobo is a driven, intentional, and dedicated leader. She currently serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships for the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement and leads the cultivation of relationships with over 120 corporate, government, and nonprofit partners. Stefany also leads HACE’s recruitment initiatives and has increased the number of employers leveraging HACE’s membership for recruitment opportunities. Stefany’s goal at HACE is to increase visibility and funding for the organization by raising awareness on the importance of hiring, developing, and promoting Latinx talent.
Stefany immigrated from Mexico to the U.S. at the young age of ten years old. Like many first-generation college students, Stefany struggled with the lack of access to resources and role models. This experience opened her eyes to social and educational inequities. Since then, she has taken this experience as a personal purpose as she strives to be a resource to others in her community and beyond.
Prior to HACE, Stefany worked at the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute as the Finance and Development Coordinator. There, she was dedicated to implementing accounting and finance strategies in alignment with the organization’s mission and objectives. In addition to her financial responsibilities, Stefany was a key person for USHLI’s Student Leadership Summit. She engaged, organized, and executed student leadership events with over 70 high schools every year.
Stefany was the 2016 Miss US Latina and was recognized as Negocios Now “40 Under 40” in 2021. She continues to pursue her passion for DEI, making every effort to ensure that positive changes are made toward creating a more inclusive workplace for all. Stefany empowers her colleagues to lead at the intersection of identity, equity, and unity by fostering their individuality and differences.
