Dionna recently joined the team at Thumbtack, serving as their Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Dionna held the title of PowerToFly’s Director of Global Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development. Prior to joining PowerToFly, Dionna served as the Head of Global Talent Strategies & Recruitment Programs at Delta Air Lines. Dionna was named to Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 40 Under 40 list and is a regular featured speaker at conferences. She is most proud of being the mother of five outstanding children.
During this horrific time in America, many members of the community have reached out to us as leaders in the Diversity and Inclusion space asking for advice - what should we be doing? What should we be reading? How can we support our friends, colleagues, and communities?
I may not have all of the answers, but as the Director of Global Diversity and Inclusion at PowerToFly, I hope that we can create a safe space to address these questions and more, while translating your frustration into activism and support for the Black Community. How can allies approach the issues and lead conversations to induce change?
