Personal Habits To Cultivate As An Authentic Ally

What We Know, What We’re Learning

Showing up as an ally is an active practice. Do you ever feel like your fear of getting it wrong is holding you back? You will walk away from this talk from Anastasia Greenmore, founder of Reclaiming Us, with the skills to recognize and regulate your own emotional well-being, to cultivate empathy and use both in mitigating interpersonal biases and developing an inclusive leadership mindset. All in service of showing up as an ally - no matter your identity. We will uncover ways to hold yourself accountable and move forward in your equity journey.
