What’s Your Leadership Style?
Amplifying Black Excellence
What is your ‘leadership why’? Do you want to be a legend or build a legacy? A common focus area of career strategy often centers around building a personal brand. While this is important, it is equally, if not more important to consider the legacy that you wish to leave behind. Whether you’re a current people leader, an aspiring one, or an individual contributor who seeks to lead more effectively in your role, we hope you’ll join Opal Wagnac, Sr. Director of Analyst Relations and Market Intelligence at UKG, as she sits down with PowerToFly's Global Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Sienna Brown, to unpack the key differences between becoming a legend and building a legacy.
