INTERSECTIONALITY! Why Would We Celebrate it?
The Diversity of Latinidad
Intersectionality is a framework that helps us understand privilege and lack thereof, but it is also useful for defining and celebrating diversity. In this talk, Ingenio’s DEI Committee Chair, Joshua Rosario King, explains the intersections of the Latinx community, as well as how and why we can celebrate intersectionality.
