The Great Resignation and its Impact on the Workplace
The Future Of Work - The Remote and Hybrid Office
The Great Resignation has shown employers everywhere that things can’t go back to the way they were. COVID-19 has helped many employees see the value in family time, not tolerating workplace biases, and demanding respect from employers. Employees want to work at organizations where DEI&B is not just a slogan, but intertwined into company values, mission, and strategy. Unsupportive leaders who fail to grasp this will continue to face high turnover and struggle to recruit as candidates learn about company culture by speaking with current employees or utilizing employer review sites. In this talk, LaShawnda Rodgers, Leadership and Business Consultant, outlines how the job market has changed since the pre-pandemic years, and what candidates and leaders must do to adapt and thrive in this new reality.
