At Stryker, we’re dedicated to promoting equality and recognizing women's achievements throughout the year. In March, we have the honor of amplifying women's accomplishments globally to commemorate Women’s History Month. This year, Stryker's Women's Network (SWN) is encouraging local SWN chapters globally to celebrate women's impact throughout history. In addition, SWN is creating internal newsletters that highlight women at Stryker, advertise volunteer opportunities and offer leadership insights that will be distributed to all SWN chapters globally. SWN is also planning to host a Women in Leadership interview series that features two women leaders and their inspiring career journeys. Lastly, to get everyone involved in International Women's Day (IWD), SWN's IWD committee created themed virtual backgrounds and selfie cards. Progress toward gender equity is progress for all.

Women around the world have had to change their lives in unpredictable ways. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, political restrictions and global conflict, their resilience has been remarkable. Women have continued to show up for themselves, their families and their communities — and it’s why on this International Women’s Day, and every day, Google is showing up to support them.

We've ensured pay equity for all women employees globally since 2017, and have shared our approach for others to use. Our Diversity Annual Report last year showed we attained our highest-ever representation of women in tech, non-tech and leadership roles globally.

At Google, we’re working to help women prioritize their needs by putting a premium on safety and health, creating equitable opportunities and celebrating their accomplishments. This spirit of inclusivity and support extends to all who identify as women, recognizing the intersections of other identities, backgrounds and personal experiences.

Across our workplace, we built new tools and hit exciting milestones as we continue our efforts to create a Google where everyone feels supported in unlocking their best work. Building a workforce that is representative of our diverse world is an important piece.
