Reddit

At Reddit, we lead with inclusion at all levels of the organization, including our employee benefit programs. We take intentional steps to address gaps and remove barriers to provide equitable health for all employees, which is just one way we foster an inclusive and supportive culture.

During our Open Enrollment process, we work lockstep with our Family-Forming Provider to mitigate health inequities within our BIPOC employees specific to reproductive healthcare. Earlier this year, we introduced a flexible fertility card through our provider that helps remove roadblocks to accessing fertility care and makes coverage more accessible and affordable. Offering support for the upfront cost of fertility services eliminates that friction point and having to wait for reimbursement. We’re always looking for ways to expand our robust benefits offerings and continue to find ways to help achieve health equity and better outcomes within marginalized communities.

We conduct a variety of programs and events throughout the year, such as book clubs, community engagement through our financial literacy program, and showcasing our indigenous culture and cuisine. Our ambition transcends the confines of Visa as we aim to reach out to Indigenous students, parents, teachers, and small business owners, providing practical financial tools and generating a positive influence on their lives.
