What is your favorite part of your job that excites you the most?
As a talent acquisition leader, providing access to opportunity is my purpose-driven work. It’s not just about meeting this goal and/or hitting my next objective; it’s about creating a truly inclusive hiring process where everyone has the chance to succeed. Seeing individuals from underrepresented and historically excluded backgrounds reach their full potential and achieve their career goals is the most rewarding part of my job. Knowing that I played a part in creating a level playing field where diverse perspectives are valued and embraced is what motivates me every day.
