The Fellowship Through Partnership (FTP) Program is a year-long, full-time paid program that will begin in September 2023.
Sponsored by the national nonprofit The Recycling Partnership through its recently launched Recycling Inclusion Fund, FTP is a program for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color recent graduates (from two or four-year higher education institutions). FTP is designed to grow the pipeline of diverse leaders in the recycling and circular economy industry by offering leadership and training opportunities and mentorship to two fellows in the following range of settings.
Program Goal
To create leadership opportunities in the sustainability sector for recent BIPOC college graduates through the “FellowshipThrough Partnership” Program, offering leadership and training opportunities and mentorship in the industry.
Program Purpose
To establish a diverse talent pipeline with exposure to the full recycling value chain and incorporate diverse perspectives to deliver strong system solutions.
