Amplify your transferable skills to thrive in your career
Lexi is a tech and thought leader that shared her insights with PowerToFly in a Chat&Learn session recently. She always tells people that it's really important, regardless of what industry they're in, to identify their transferable skills. But these transferable skills that you have cannot actually be taught. And for her, it's interesting that the more that she talks to adults and gets higher in her career, sees how many times people cannot identify their transferable skills. When in fact, says Lexi, those are the skills that actually make you more money, make you rise into your career, and make you a hundred percent more confident!
Alexandria Noel Butler, affectionately known as Lexi B, is considered one of Silicon Valley’s candid and prominent voices.
