Last week, MINDBODY signed the Business Statement for Transgender Equality. MINDBODY believes that all team members have the right to be their true, authentic selves in and out of the workplace, regardless of gender, gender identity, race, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation, or religious beliefs. We also recognize that diversity and inclusion are imperative to a successful, innovative, and modern business. Because of this belief, MINDBODY supports transgender equality and will advocate for equal rights for our team members and across the globe.

To make things easy, we’ve also included a diversity and inclusion survey template to power your survey efforts from start-to-finish. Ready to get started?
