We're honored to be named among the FreightWaves "Freight.Tech 25," which showcases the most innovative and disruptive companies in freight. The companies were evaluated by over 50 industry executives, academics and investors; including Freightwaves CEO, Craig Fuller, and executives of Steifel, JB Hunt, Keeptruckin' and Daimler. We ranked in 4th place, out of 500 nominated companies. This placement also secured our spot as the industry's most innovative and disruptive broker.
The announcement was made at Freightwaves' MarketWaves18, where we heard insights and commentary from other innovators on the list. Our own Chief Technology Officer Grant Goodale talked about how the supply chain of the future will be data-driven and designed around efficiency and flexibility.
"We're excited to be named one of the most innovative companies in freight. The increasing rate of innovation in the freight industry is bringing real change to the supply chain and Convoy is excited to be leading the charge alongside some of the biggest names in the industry."
Grant Goodale, Convoy Chief Technology Officer
Building technology to make freight more efficient has always been our focus — but innovation means more than building a shiny new app. It starts with deeply understanding the roadblocks that prevent our shippers and carriers from running their businesses efficiently.
This approach has led to us reimagining solutions and releasing first-to-market innovations like Flex Loads, Universal Trailer Pool, and Automatic Detention for Drivers.
We're proud of our accomplishments so far, but this is just the beginning.
As we continue to grow, the feedback, stories, and challenges our customers share will fuel us to create technology that solves real-world problems.
