Finding a family-friendly workplace is challenging, making Art Processors a gem in the job market. Watch the video to the end to learn how to apply and land a position in the company.
Art Processors creates a family-friendly workplace and wants you to feel comfortable. Mark Coppola, talent acquisition lead, shares valuable advice for you to face the interview process with confidence.
If joining a family-friendly workplace is what you are looking for, you should research and consider what interests you. It would help to ask clarifying questions, including what people enjoy about working for the company, why people stay, and how the company supports people in their development. Also, ask about the business's short-term and long-term goals. Remember, you're interviewing the company as a potential employer for you; it's not a one-way street.
Ensuring a family-friendly workplace is only one of Art Processors’ missions. The company was established in 2011 to change the way a museum could look and feel. They want to democratize the experience to create new ways of storytelling. As a values-led organization, they look for candidates who align with their core values. They are respectful, conscious and adaptive, enthusiastic and committed, diverse and inclusive, collaborative, and bold. You will work with a cross-functional team of people who are great at what they do and have a unique skill set critical to delivering projects to the company's standards.
Be part of a family-friendly workplace - Embrace Art Processors’ interview process
Art Processors’ hiring process comprises five stages. After you apply for a role, you'll receive an email confirming they've received your application. If you're successful, you'll have a conversation with a recruiter. The recruiter will ask about your experience and why you are interested in a role with the company. If you move forward, there will be two interviews and, in some cases, three. Depending on the position, you'd have a mix of technical interviews, a values-based interview, and an opportunity to meet some stakeholders from outside your core team. Post-interview, Art Processors conducts two references with people they nominate, and, provided they are satisfactory, you'll move forward to an offer.
