Work at RTB House! - The step-by-step interview process

For most roles at RTB House, there's a four-step interview process. The first step will be an initial conversation with a member of the talent acquisition team. During that time, they will assess your interest in the role and RTB House. The second step is the hiring manager interview. In this session, the hiring manager will ask more in-depth questions regarding your previous experience. If applicable, they will assess your technical knowledge and ask behavioral and situational questions. The third step is the case study, a time to put down some thoughts and strategies on paper. The fourth and final step in the interview process is the panel interview, where you'll have the opportunity to meet some of the more senior team members and present your case.
