We offer a formalized university hiring program to bring on interns during the summer every year. At this time, we focus on incoming Seniors (current Juniors) in hopes of converting them to full-time employees the following year.

Atlassian employees talking at a whiteboard about early careers and returnship

At Atlassian, we foster a culture where everyone has the opportunity to do meaningful work and be recognized for their efforts—whether you’re just starting your career or returning to work after a break.
